
Dr. Dannelly was born and raised in a small town in South Carolina. He attended Clemson University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science, with Honor, in Microbiology.
He continued his studies at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), where he graduated with Honor and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). Additionally, Dr. Dannelly was recognized with the Dentsply Award for Crown and Bridge from MUSC. After receiving his Degree in Dental Medicine, Dr. Dannelly spent two years in a Family Practice Residency at MUSC, where he received advanced training in Oral Surgery, Periodontal Surgery, Endodontics, Pediatric Dentistry and Family Practice. Following the completion of his residency, Dr. Dannelly moved to Easley with his wife Kathy and started his Family Dental Practice in 1981.
Dr. Dannelly is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the South Carolina Dental Association (SCDA), the Piedmont District Dental Society, and the Tri- County Dental Society. He regularly attends local, state and national dental meetings for Continuing Education courses. He has a particular interest in the new technology available to Dentistry. Dr. Dannelly was one of the first to bring the CEREC® One Visit Crown Technology to the upstate area and continues with this ever-changing technology.
Dr. Dannelly is married to his lovely wife Kathy of 42 years. Together they have four grown children and five grandchildren. When not in the office he likes spending time with family and friends. You may find him on the lake, golf course, riding his motorcycle, or just doing yard work.
